Can I view my cameras remotely?

Yes. Live feeds and recordings can be accessed remotely in real time. The specific mobile-app features depend on the products in your system and are set up case by case.

How long is footage kept?

Retention is a design decision driven by your risk profile and any compliance requirements. We balance retention, resolution and storage so you keep what you need without waste.

Will the cameras keep recording during load-shedding?

Yes, when power continuity is designed in. We size UPS and backup to your site’s load-shedding pattern so cameras and recorders stay live through outages.

Can you upgrade or take over our existing CCTV?

Usually, yes. We audit what’s installed, keep what’s serviceable, and quote only for what needs replacing — then integrate it onto one platform.
